Dougray Scott was interviewed on This Morning today and briefly mentioned his upcoming role in Doctor Who.

The Scottish actor, who is best known for his roles in Deep Impact, Desperate Housewives and My Week with Marilyn, has been spotted filming for Series 7. He said to Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby that he plays a Professor.

“They asked me to do this episode and I said yes because I love Doctor Who,” he revealed. “It’s fantastic.”
