Things have been a little quiet on the Doctor Who front as of late but there’s now light at the end of the tunnel with the confirmation that Series 10 will begin filming in May!

As exclusively revealed by the Radio Times, the TARDIS will reopen its doors in just over two months when production officially commences on Peter Capaldi’s third string of adventures as the Twelfth Doctor, which will also be Steven Moffat’s last as showrunner. The cameras will start rolling considerably later than normal owing to the fact that new full series will be broadcast this year.

Instead, fans only have this year’s Christmas Special in December to tide us over until its full time return to our screens next spring. Read up on the latest news as and when here.
