Today, 26th March 2010, is a date that holds particular significance in Doctor Who mythology, as it marks the fifth anniversary of the revived series!

On this day back in 2005, the Doctor returned to BBC One after an absence of 16 years, and the first episode, Rose, was watched by an audience of 10.81million.

1825 days later, the series is still going from strength to strength, with the latest episode, The End of Time, Part Two, being watched by 12million on January 1st!
